Our Semi-Private Training Program is offered in a small group format of 2-4 people at a time. Each member gets an individualized program designed for their needs. This program will help you achieve your optimal health and fitness goals in a fun group atmosphere while providing you with the accountability that teaming up with other members can offer.
Our Semi-Private training program is 24 weeks. This option comes with a steady schedule of semi-private sessions offered throughout the week at different time frames.
