SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

After completing the 28 Day Reboot or the RESET introduction program, join our Semi-Private program or our Personal Training program!

Our Semi-Private Training Program is offered in a small group format of 2-4 people at a time. Each member gets an individualized program designed for their needs. This program will help you achieve your optimal health and fitness goals in a fun group atmosphere while providing you with the accountability that teaming up with other members can offer. 

Our Semi-Private training program is 24 weeks. This option comes with a steady schedule of semi-private sessions offered throughout the week at different time frames. 

Our Semi- Private training program offers:
  • 30-min sessions - 2-3-4 times per week options
  • One-on-one program coaching sessions as needed
  • GREEN ROCKS FITNESS Client workbook 
  • Monthly assessment day
  • Monthly Health Community Sessions
  • Advanced Nutrition Sessions*
  • Unlimited guidance through emails 
  • Access to our Facebook Community page
